Job Specification
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated ticketing professional to lead the Box Office and Sales department for one of the UK’s leading producing theatres. 
Over 750,000 people annually engage with Curve through performances and projects at our home in Leicester, across the UK and internationally. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Chris Stafford and Artistic Director Nikolai Foster, Curve has developed a reputation for producing, programming and touring a bold and diverse programme of musicals, plays, new work, dance and opera. All of this presented alongside a dynamic mix of community engagement, artist development and learning 
programmes, which firmly places audiences, artists and communities at the heart of everything we do. 
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully lead and manage a dynamic team and will be responsible for delivering the ticketing strategies for the organisation that focus on maximising and diversifying attendance, revenue and yield. In addition, they will ensure that all ticket sales are administered in a smooth and efficient way and that customer service is delivered to the highest possible standard. 
The Head of Box Office and Sales position will liaise daily with all departments in the theatre as well as a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Therefore the individual must have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of working in partnership with others.
