Job Specification
Theatr Colwyn is a successful venue for both film shows and live productions.  To supplement the technical team an experienced individual is now required to be responsible for the technical duties involved in staging both live and film productions. 
 
Applicants should be familiar with the operation of sound/lighting/stage and digital projection systems, have knowledge of technical equipment and to assist the technical department at Venue Cymru when required. 
 
This is a permanent part time post which demands an enthusiastic person who is able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.  The hours of  will be an average of 25 hours per week on an annualised hours basis arranged in accordance with the agreed system of working on a shift rota basis and may include evening and weekend working dependant on the programme requirement 
 
To ensure adequate bilingual provision within the section, the ability to communicate in English is essential and the ability to converse in Welsh would be desirable for this post.
