Job title: Sound No. 1 for A Christmas Carol (Fixed-Term) 
Start date: Monday 31 October 2022, though some pre-contractual dates may be required in w/c 24 October 2022 – to be mutually agreed. 
End date: Saturday 7 January 2023. 
Location: English Touring Theatre, Milton House, 25 Short St, London, SE1 8LJ (rehearsal) and The Old Vic, The Cut, London, SE1 8NB (performance) 
Salary: £935 per week. Pro-rated for any part-weeks worked based on a 6-day week. Inclusive of overtime, missed meal breaks, publicity/press calls and EPK payments, and appearance if required. 
Responsible to: Director of Production 
Purpose of job: The Sound No. 1 will be based at the theatre, with some attendance required at the rehearsal venue. The Sound No. 1 will assist with sound requirements for the production of A Christmas Carol and the overall manner in which it is to be presented on the stage, including mixing the production throughout rehearsals and all performances.
