Job Specification
Department/Team: Theatre Operations 
Responsible to: Line managed by the Director of Theatre Management & Customer Experience but also reporting to the Director of Operations & External Relationships 
Contract: Fixed Term Contract 
Location: Flexible mix of home working and from The Old Vic, 103 The Cut, London, SE1 8NB 
Hours: Full-Time - Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm with some occasional out of hours work (e.g. evenings and weekends). The Old Vic offers the ability to work these flexibly under the guidelines in our New Ways of Working policy. Additional hours may be necessary in order to fulfil the requirements of the post 
Salary: £35,000 to £37,500, depending on skills and experience per annum, depending on experience 
Direct reports: Operations Administration Coordinator and Operations Administration Assistant 
Role Summary: The purpose of the post is to support the Director of Operations & External Relationships and the Director of Theatre Management & Customer Experience with the management of theatre, including creating a safe and welcoming environment within which to work and visit.
