About The Role
Join us and you will work across our Technical and Finance departments. When supporting the Technical department, you will ensure technical and production administration requirements are delivered efficiently, on budget and to high standards. When supporting Finance department, you will work alongside the team to deliver information on contras for the main stage and Patrick studio. You will also involve liaising with other internal departments and external partners, stakeholders, show producers, contractors and artists. You will help deliver financial support in the forms of departmental wages and recharges as well as chase new and old debts on the sales ledger. You will update systems and maintain accurate financial records too.
Ideally you will possess a numeracy qualification and experience of working in a finance/accountancy/admin department. You will be a comfortable using MSOffice and ideally, you will have used computerised accounting systems. You will be customer focused with good communication and admin skills. You will also have an eye for detail and an interest in the arts.
