Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Location: Flexible mix of home working and from The Old Vic, 103 The Cut, London, SE1 8NB
Hours: Your normal working hours will be 40 hours per week, inclusive of lunch breaks, comprising both daytime and evening shifts Monday to Saturday (and Sundays on occasion), worked in accordance with a prearranged rota. Considering the nature of the business, you will be expected to work outside of these hours if necessary for the proper performance of your role.
Salary: £35,500 to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
Role Summary
The purpose of the role is to lead the Box Office team in the delivery of an effective ticketing service. With a focus on multichannel sales (online; telephone; and counter). The Box Office Manager will use their experience of Tessitura to shape the Box Office function to ensure that it is operating as efficiently as possible, while at all times maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
