Permanent role based at our Selladoor office in Deptford, various central London attractions and The Path Entertainment Group offices as required.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and flexible General Manager/Line Producer to join Selladoor Worldwide looking after the performative aspects of our affiliate immersive attractions. It's an exciting time to join the team, as we embark on a new period of leadership and direction. The general management of live experiences is the most recent addition to our portfolio and we work closely with our affiliate/sister organisation The Path Entertainment Group to manage a portfolio of existing projects (Monopoly: Lifesized, Saw) and projects in development, including a major family franchise opening in central London - which will be your first project to take on.
The General Manager plays a leading role in the day to day running of all performative elements of immersive attractions, general managed by Selladoor Worldwide. You will liaise with all attraction departments; Producers, Creatives, Casts, Technical Teams, F&B and Building Management. You will take the lead on the running of the performative element of the attractions, including finance, recruitment, contractual obligations, personnel management and the maintenance and implementation of necessary policies, in order to support the smooth running of the programme.
You will line-manage the Associate General Manager, as well as any project reports and on the ground team (Company Manager/Stage Managers). We are looking for someone who can both hold the day to day operational responsibilities of our projects, a varied workload, manage a team and respond dynamically to evolving business needs.
