Can you win people over with succinct and persuasive communication?
Are you able to find connections and identify opportunities in seemingly unexpected places?
Do you apply analysis and strategic thinking along with a measured dose of risk to your work?

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Development Manager to join our team.

You may have worked in fundraising or income generation before, and be looking to lead your own development approach within a national arts company. Or you may have communications or project management experience and be looking to transfer your skills and make a real difference to theatre makers’, community participants’ and audiences’ lives.
