Job Specification

We are looking for an Executive Director with a passion for the arts and theatre to join the Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds Management team. Having been awarded Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation status from April 2023, the post holder will work alongside the Artistic Director to deliver the ambitions laid out in our NPO application as well as the organisation’s wider strategic aims and objectives. The Executive Director will provide expert financial leadership and help to ensure the financial stability of Theatre Royal.
