The Royal Opera House continues to lead the way in opera, ballet, music and dance productions, both live on stage and through multiple digital platforms. 
 
The Technology Infrastructure team works to provide the IT infrastructure that our customers and business stakeholders can rely upon and is now looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer. 
 
Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of a reliable IT hybrid infrastructure, ensuring sustainability and efficiency of our enterprise applications, hardware and services. You will design, build, monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure and support the introduction of new services and applications using some of the latest technologies. 
 
To be successful in this role you will have: 
 
1. Solid experience working with Microsoft Windows based services (AD, PKI, GPOs, SCCM) in a Hybrid Cloud infrastructure spanning across both Azure/AWS public clouds and on-premises Hyper Converged Infrastructure (Nutanix) 
 
2. A passion for excellent customer service
