Job Specification
The post of Heritage & Learning Partnerships Manager will be ideal for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will manage and develop our successful heritage project work within the organisation alongside our Heritage Officer. The post holder will also manage and develop the Learning Partnerships projects with our key stakeholders including the RSC and Dance Consortium as well as a number of community partners in the city. The post holder will work within the city’s cultural network to collaborate on multi-organisation projects and will also lead on equality, diversity and inclusivity for the organisation.   
 
The successful candidate will have a strong Heritage and/or Arts & Entertainment background, with an ability to communicate and collaborate with a wide range of individuals and organisations. They will have excellent project management skills including the ability to plan and budget for projects. The ability to work as part of a team and individually will also be key, as will the ability to multi-task whilst working on simultaneous projects with strict deadlines.  The post holder will need experience of working with freelance artists, teachers, community groups, volunteers and the general public and experience of researching and writing funding bids for regional and National funders.
