Job Specification

The Watermill is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and collaborative Marketing Officer to join its newly formed Marketing team.

This is an exciting time to join The Watermill as the organisation looks ahead with ambitious plans for 2023 and beyond. The Marketing Officer will be a key member of the team, working alongside the Marketing Director and Marketing Assistant to plan and deliver the marketing strategy for the organisation, communicating with a range of audiences to celebrate The Watermill’s work on- and off-stage.

Salary: £24,000 per annum
