Job Specification

Theatre Factory is looking for an Executive Director in Barrow-in-Furness.

Barrow is one of Britain's hidden gems, a distinctive, quirky and uniquely interesting place. It is currently experiencing a creative boom that few places in the UK are. So come and help shape the destiny of an amazing Theatre Company in one of the UK's most creative communities, making a real difference to young lives and helping to uncover the talent of tomorrow.

You will support the Artistic Director in the development and delivery of company strategy. Ensure the funding, delivery and evaluation of all Theatre Factory programmes, updating of business plans and other strategy and policy.

The Executive Director will lead on fundraising and managing and developing stakeholder relationships and will be responsible for ensuring robust financial and resource management.

Alongside the Artistic Director, the Executive Director is a key advocate for Theatre Factory and will develop and maintain our profile with funders locally in Barrow, regionally in Westmorland and Furness and nationally.
