Do you love the thrill of working in a fast paced entertainment environment? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Venue Technician. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at Swansea Arena and to be directly involved in the delivery of world-class performances and events!

Working with the wider venue team, you will support the technical delivery of all events including theatre performances, music gigs, and comedy shows – working closely with promoters and tour reps to ensure all visiting companies have a first class experience whilst on their Swansea tour stop. As well as this, you will work closely with the Conference and Events team in the delivery of other venue hires such as conferences, banquets and exhibitions. This role will be directly responsible for the technical support of all Meeting Room, VIP Lounge and Concourse hires.

Health and Safety is an important part of this role – supporting the Venue Management Team in the delivery of all risk related KPIs and ensuring a Health and Safety culture is upheld at all times.
