Job Specification
The Theatre Green Book Management Partnership is looking for a Theatre Green Book Coordinator to provide overall coordination and administration support for the Theatre Green Book. 
 
The Theatre Green Book is a sector-wide initiative to support theatres and theatre practitioners to make every aspect of their work more environmentally sustainable, across productions, buildings and operations.  It is both an online resource and a network of theatre practitioners across all roles who are committed to developing best practice in environmentally sustainable theatre and promoting the use of the Theatre Green Book more widely. 
 
The Theatre Green Book Coordinator role will be employed for the equivalent of 2 days per week (0.4 FTE) by the Theatres Trust on behalf of the Management Partnership.  They will coordinate and support the overall work of the Management Partnership and various committees to ensure the Theatre Green Book remains responsive to new developments in the sector, remains up to date and continues to meet the needs of the theatre sector.  They will be the main point of contact for all Theatre Green Book enquiries and will work with a wide range of professionals in the sector through the various committees and wider networks to respond to queries, suggestions for updates to the guidance and requests for speakers and other promotional opportunities. 
 
You will bring your experience of coordinating or managing projects with excellent administrative and people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of professional stakeholders.  You will be joining at an exciting time as we further develop and promote this vital resource for the theatre sector.

Although offered as an employed position we are also open to considering proposals to undertake this role on a freelance basis. 
 
The role does not need to be based in our London office, although some travel may be required throughout the UK to attend in-person training sessions and meetings.
