Customer Experience Supervisor
The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.
We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor who will assist the Customer Experience Manager in leading the Customer Experience Team and Front of House operation at our wonderful Ambassadors Theatre. The Ambassadors is a beautifully intimate playhouse which has just re-opened after the first phase of a refurbishment, and has an exciting and diverse schedule of programming. Turning over shows on average every three months, we welcome a fantastic variety of productions, from comedy to world premieres of plays staring A-list casts.
We are currently the home of My Son's a Queer, (But what can you do?) starring Rob Madge, and this will be followed by Vardy V Rooney: The Wagatha Christie Trial in April, and Rose written by Martin Sherman and starring Maureen Lipman in May.
Within the Customer Experience Supervisor role you’ll focus on premium customer service, controlling costs, and maximising our food and beverage revenue. You will be responsible for assisting in leading the Customer Experience Team to achieve our business targets, acting as a role model to the venue staff, and anticipating potential issues before they occur so that you can help rectify them. The Customer Experience Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations whilst delivering a first-class customer experience. It's an exciting and challenging time to join us after our recent renovation and support with our main re-launch later in 2023!
