Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? We’re looking for customer-focussed staff who’d like to work in our exciting, fast-paced and interesting company.
The Liverpool Empire Theatre is the largest two-tier theatre in the UK, hosting the very best in touring theatrical productions including musicals, ballet, opera, comedy, and much more. With close to ½ million attendees each year, the historic venue continues to play a major role in the heart of the city’s cultural offering.
We're looking forward to welcoming thousands of people through our doors, to enjoy the best in live entertainment when we reopen this summer. Whether it’s a special birthday, a family’s first pantomime or just a night out with friends, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show…and that they want to return again and again!
As a Customer Service Host you’ll make this happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you’ll offer the highest standards of customer service and care.
