Trafalgar Entertainment aims to connect people through creative, innovative experience by providing inspiring entertainment for everyone for life. Based at Wycombe Swan, High Wycombe with occasional travel to London and other venues, we are now recruiting for a Venue Marketing Executive to join our team. 
Here at Wycombe Swan, High Wycombe, it is an exciting, fast-paced environment with a variety of shows, plays, music and comedy as well as some community events. 
About the Role 
The Venue Marketing Executive is vital in embedding our venues within their local catchment area; and supporting onsite delivery of marketing activity. 
As a Venue Marketing Executive, you’ll: 
Take responsibility for promotion of the venue and the development of strong ties with local audiences (current and potential) and local business partners. 
Organise press nights, membership events, season launches and open days to showcase the venue to potential audiences. 
Be responsible for generating and maintaining excellent relationships with organisations in the catchment to the commercial benefit of the venue. 
Create and generate bespoke social media content, videos, livestreams, and local press coverage for events, activities and initiatives taking place in the venue(s). 
Ensure the distribution of print, display of posters and the information on digital sites within the venue and elsewhere is up to date. 
Undertake any other delegated duties as relevant to the role. 
The role reports to the Theatre Director and has positive collaborative relationships with others across Trafalgar Entertainment (including the Campaign and Marketing Services team) and with third parties across the sector. 
About you 
We are looking for individuals that as part of team and individually can achieve and deliver our values: excellence, respect, collaboration, and creativity. 
You’ll be passionate and enthusiastic about theatre, live events, and entertainment. Self-motivated and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills you’ll also need a creative ‘can-do’ approach to your work and an ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time. 
Personable, upbeat, and professional you’ll be as comfortable requesting a back-stage-interview with a major artiste as directing other members of staff to exit-leaflet at the end of the show. 
You’ll also be comfortable acting as a key point of contact within the local business community, attending meetings and events to champion the work of the venue and developing positive relationships with others.

Ability to be flexible to the business needs and work calmly under pressure 
Previous experience in working in theatre or entertainment venue
