This course is designed to enable you to create an effective Crisis Communications Plan to help you manage and protect your organisation’s reputation in a crisis.  

This course will take you through the essential steps towards managing a potential crisis situation. It will include; devising a crisis communications plan, handling proactive messages to maintain your organisation’s reputation, managing the social media response.

Angela Coles started her career in journalism including The Sunday Times and Time Out before moving to become a senior broadcast producer for daily news, current affairs and the arts. She has trained staff in major venues and organisations to handle communications for unforeseen events and reputational crisis. Her clients include international commercial companies, charities and public sector organisations.  She regularly trains executives, programme commissioners, and on screen talent for BBC, ITV and Channel 4 television.
