Sandra Lynes Timbrell is Head of Visitor Experience at Shakespeare’s Globe, with responsibility for creating a new visitor focused department from several diverse teams including around 600 volunteers. At Museum of London as Deputy Head of Visitor Services she led the on operational strategy for 2 museums. Prior to this, Sandra was Project Director at Topolski Century where she delivered a £3million HLF project. She has also been Head of Visitor Operations at English Heritage.
