Summary

We are seeking a motivated and community focused Creative Programmes Practitioner, who is excited by the opportunity to engage new audiences and participants with Curve. They will help deliver our programmes with schools, SEND settings, young people, elders, families, and adults through planning and delivering creative projects and workshops.

We are looking for applicants with excellent experience as a practitioner, creating, facilitating and directing workshops and performance projects. The successful applicant will have experience of co-creation and working in collaboration with a diverse range of participants, with a demonstratable commitment to access and equality. They will also project manage some community facing events and need strong communication and organisational skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team working on ambitious programmes that have positive impacts on the lives of people living in Leicester and beyond.
