We are recruiting an Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Operations in ensuring an excellent experience for all visitors to the Marlowe Theatre. Working with the Director of Operations and Operations department managers, the Operations Coordinator will support the process, and coordinate the delivery of, the Marlowe Theatre’s customer journey and loyalty strategies. 

You should be organised with an eye for detail, and a customer-focused people person with great interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be a completer-finisher with the ability to adapt and work on their own initiative.

1) Stage Manager (Sept 7th – Oct 10th) 2) Assistant Stage Manager (Sept 21st- Oct 10th) Following extensive research and development Tangled Feet are devising a new piece of theatre for 8–12-year-olds which will perform at Polka Theatre and The Hat Factory this autumn.
