We want every visitor at the Mercury to have a great time. Our Customer Experience team are a massive part of making it possible. We’re seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistants to join #TeamMercury for our Autumn/Winter season.

As part of the Customer Experience team, you will provide a Mercury welcome to all visitors, including guiding and seating audiences, serving in the café bar and event delivery, while helping spread the Christmas sparkle and cheer!

You are likely to have some customer facing or retail experience, but training will be given. You will be expected to be customer focused, organised and, most of all, enthusiastic and welcoming.

If you have the ability to successfully handle the multiple demands of a busy theatre and café bar, we want to hear from you!
