More Details
Reporting to the Facilities & Building Manager, you will undertake a varied programme of planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works across our Grade II* listed building.

About you
We are looking for someone who is practical, proactive and reliable, with experience of maintenance, repairs or facilities work in a workplace, public building, venue or similar environment.

You will be confident using tools and equipment safely, able to prioritise your workload and respond to changing operational requirements. Good communication skills are important, as you will work closely with colleagues, contractors and visitors and will need to provide clear updates on maintenance activity.
Experience of using Trello, CAFM systems or similar task-management platforms would be useful.
Experience within a theatre, arts venue, heritage or listed building, or public-facing environment is desirable but not essential. Relevant trade, maintenance or facilities qualifications, or equivalent practical experience, are welcomed.
We recognise that candidates may not have every skill or experience outlined in the person specification. We are committed to developing and nurturing our employees and will provide training and support where required.
