You’ll play a key role in providing IT and facilities support, coordinating building maintenance, supporting front-of-house operations, helping onboard new staff, and ensuring our offices and systems run efficiently behind the scenes. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and staying one step ahead.
Key responsibilities include:
• First-line IT and troubleshooting support
• Overseeing day-to-day building operations across both sites
• Supporting front-of-house activities, visitors, meetings and events
• Coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate records
• Helping ensure health and safety compliance
• Supporting the operational delivery of internal and external events
