More Details

If you’re excited about the role but your experience or qualifications don’t perfectly align, we encourage you to apply anyway. We particularly encourage applications from underrepresented groups such as the global majority, LGBTQA+, those from a working-class background, those with a disability and neurodiverse conditions.

We’re looking for friendly, confident and reliable people who enjoy working with the public and as part of a collaborative team. An interest in history, heritage, culture or the arts is a bonus, along with enthusiasm for sharing the Globe with visitors from around the world.
