This is a time of immense challenge, change, renewal, and opportunity. Working with FST, you’ll play a vital role in the future of this essential part of the cultural sector, as we support and champion the performing arts. Following a restructure earlier in 2024, five newly created roles are now open for applications:
Advocacy Lead – 0.8 FTE (£34,300 per annum, pro-rata £27,440)
Change Programmes Lead – 0.8 FTE (£34,300 per annum, pro-rata £27,440)
Digital Communications Co-ordinator – full time (£29,843)
Membership and Networks Lead – 0.8 FTE (£34,300 per annum, pro-rata £27,440)
Operations and Finance Co-ordinator – full time (£31,229)
The Change Programmes Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring FST achieves the strategic objective of amplifying our impact by developing more innovative and effective ways to drive change for people in the sector.
Additionally, they will contribute to forging stronger, long-term alliances with key stakeholders and external partners to meet the evolving needs of the sector, encouraging shared responsibility for sector support and development.
To achieve this, they will plan, deliver and develop FST’s Change Programmes, including new and existing projects and programmes, training and development initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
They will work across four key areas:
• Policies and planning
• Professional and sector development
• Projects
• Partnerships

Location: All Scotland. Hybrid working is supported, with many of our team working from home for some of their working week. Given the nature of this particular role the postholder will be expected to travel across Scotland and the wider UK as required.
