Assistant Stage Manager ‘Aladdin’

POSITION: ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER on ‘Aladdin’ RATE OF PAY: Equity Minimum MRSL Grade 3 – £526.24 with £225 per week subsistence as applicable. DATES: W/C Monday 28th October 2024 until Saturday 28th December 2024 LOCATION: Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough. DESCRIPTION: The Stephen Joseph Theatre are looking to recruit an Assistant Stage Manager for the Christmas production of ‘Aladdin’. The show rehearses in Scarborough and then plays in the Main House at the SJT. The ideal candidate will have experience of procuring props, with some basic making knowledge. Also the ability to work a busy track backstage during the performance run. The Stage Management team comprises of an in-house CSM, DSM and this advertised ASM position. We are particularly keen to hear from global majority, under represented artists/stage managers.
