Jen Burrows, Head of Organisational Strategy at Birmingham Hippodrome; Henny Finch, Executive Director at the Donmar Warehouse; Claire Ward, Executive Director of Curve, and Stephen Crocker, Chief Executive & Creative Director and Norwich Theatre have also been made members.
