Are you a highly organized, self-motivated and people-centric person who thrives in a fast-paced and varied working environment? If so, then Milton Keynes Theatre is looking for an Administrator to join our team in a full-time, fixed-term capacity and we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll need to be excellent at communicating effectively, be task and deadline driven, and have great customer service skills. Responsibilities will involve payroll, scheduling, HR, communication between departments, customer feedback along with other general admin and finance support. We’re hoping for the successful Applicant to join the team from mid-January 2026, and the fixed term appointment will end at the end of November 2026.

Milton Keynes Theatre opened on the 4th of October 1999 after 25 years of planning and campaigning by local people. We are a busy, diverse, and vibrant venue with no two days the same. We are a close knit and supportive community of people passionate about theatre. Together we care about enhancing the cultural diversity of Milton Keynes through our theatre programming and Creative Learning initiatives.
