Hampstead Theatre is one of London’s leading producing theatres, presenting original, thought‑provoking work to a diverse and growing audience.

We are looking to expand our pool of part‑time Box Office Assistants to support the Ticketing and Sales team in maximising revenue and delivering the highest standards of customer care. As a key point of contact for audiences, you will handle ticket sales, respond to enquiries and help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every visitor.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be confident handling transactions and customer data, and committed to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive and accessible environment.

Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is essential; experience with a box office or ticketing system is desirable but not essential. Flexibility is important, as shifts will include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

This is a part‑time, zero‑hours position offering £13.80 per hour (minimum 4‑hour shift), with work allocated based on availability and business needs.
