RATE OF PAY: £858.31 per week (UKT/Equity Min + Up lift + Pre paid Over time) + Subs if applicable.

DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Company Manager to lead and manage the “Becoming Nancy” company. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in company management, exceptional people skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Experience in opening a musical is desirable.
The successful candidate will oversee and lead the Stage Management team, technical staff, wardrobe team, band, and cast of “Becoming Nancy.” They will manage the company’s weekly hours and collaborate with the creative team to schedule the cast and band’s weekly rehearsals and performance rotations, as well as schedule and supervise understudy rehearsals. Responsibilities include distributing show reports, accident reports, and all other show-related paperwork, creating and distributing a weekly schedule for the company, and managing petty cash.
The Company Manager will also liaise with press and marketing personnel, assisting and attending press and promotional events as needed.
Additional desirable qualifications include Mental Health First Aider certification and previous EDI training.
