The Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is one of the UK’s leading producing theatres. The Lyric produces world-class theatre from the heart of Hammersmith, the theatre’s home for over 130 years. The theatre has gained a national reputation for its work in forging pathways into the arts for young talent from all backgrounds.
The Costume Assistant will play a key role in our production team of dedicated and talented theatre professionals. They will work with creative teams to present the Lyric’s work to the highest possible standard across all our stages. The Costume Assistant will work closely with the Head of Costume to produce, manage and maintain the costumes for productions at the Lyric, and will involve all aspects of the process including pre-production, technical rehearsals, and show operation. They will also work with other costume employees, creative teams and technical staff, and where necessary assist in managing them.
