This role focuses on ensuring the smooth, safe and professional delivery of events, including the set‑up, operation and de‑rig of lighting, sound, AV and stage equipment, while maintaining clear communication with clients and the wider technical team. It involves providing excellent customer service, liaising with internal and external partners on technical requirements, carrying out minor equipment maintenance, and supporting a positive health and safety culture.
This role suits someone with experience in a similar technical or events environment, confident in communicating with organisers and delegates and able to co-ordinate multiple activities at once. You’ll bring strong organisational and communication skills, be computer literate, and able to problem‑solve under pressure with a positive, proactive and flexible approach.

Salary: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)
