We are looking for a Maintenance Technician on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join our busy Facilities Management team. As a Maintenance Technician you will be hands on, playing a key role in maintaining the building. Whether that be carrying out repairs to the fabric of the building, undertaking mechanical, electrical or plumbing maintenance, you will be helping to keep a major cultural venue in the city looking its best. The ideal applicant will have experience in a trade or maintenance role, but your personality and work ethos are as important.
