We are looking for someone with a passionate commitment to the arts and social justice, highly organised and driven with experience of arts administration and creative work. Good Chance creates ground-breaking, heart-thumping “theatre that shakes hands with the world” (Sunday Times) at the intersection of climate, migrant and refugee justice. With displaced artists centre stage, Good Chance creates powerful and provoking work to spark new conversations across divides, through surprise and spectacle, connecting communities through art and exploring the big issues of our time to make real change possible. From multi-award-winning international productions like The Jungle and The Walk to global community arts festivals like Fly With Me and our Artist Development programmes, we have worked with over 750 artists from 52 countries in 550 events across the UK, Europe, Turkey, and the USA, reached 1.1 million audience members and participants, and given employment to over 150 artists with lived experience of displacement and migration.
