Ideally, the successful candidate will have a track record implementing effective fundraising campaigns. They will have experience securing grants, gifts and sponsorship, will understand philanthropic environments, will have worked nurturing patron relationships and be a persuasive writer and communicator.
Situated at the foot of the Malvern Hills, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Malvern Theatres is home to the Festival Theatre, Forum Theatre, Studio One and Malvern Cinema. With a town central location and good commuting links, Malvern Theatres attracts visitors from across the three local counties and further afield.
Now is an exciting time to join the team at Malvern Theatres. With audiences continually growing, we are looking ahead to the future with ambition and renewed focus. Our £20 million redevelopment project commenced in January this year and upon completion in late 2027 will make us one of the largest arts centres in the UK.
Given the nature of this role, the post-holder will be required to work onsite at Malvern Theatres.
