Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers, you’ll maintain accurate records, support HR initiatives, and help foster a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace culture.
You should be CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards it) with previous HR administration experience, ideally in a creative or fastpaced environment. Highly organised and attentive to detail, you’ll bring strong communication skills, discretion, and professionalism. You’ll be confident using Excel, Microsoft Office, and tools such as
Canva or Adobe, with a solid understanding of HR systems and analytics.
Salary: £28,697.32 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent
