You should be punctual and reliable, have a willingness to learn and a positive and friendly attitude. You do not need to have worked in hospitality or theatre previously, although a keen interest in hospitality and theatre would be beneficial. It is essential that you have a flexible approach to work (including evening and weekend hours). Completion of your apprenticeship will lead to a qualification as a Production Chef, subject to an end point assessment.
