The Marketing team is responsible for building and maintaining sustainable audiences and casual visitors for a wide range of activities and a broad range of customers and the development of our reputation in the public domain. To do this, we create multi-channel campaigns and produce marketing collateral to communicate our income-generating propositions as well as charitable and artistic vision. We also have a commitment to ensuring an imaginative approach is taken to valuing and developing Welsh culture and identity in all aspects of our activities.

About the Role and Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will have responsibility for implementing and overseeing campaigns which connect audiences with our programme.They will be primarily engaged to lead on marketing campaigns for large scale touring productions in our Donald Gordon Theatre.The post holder will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and be part of a small team focussing on attracting audiences to our programme to maximise ticket sales through digital and print marketing, creative campaigns and ticketing strategies.

Your role may be subject to a DBS check.

Key Requirements:

We are looking for highly motivated, articulate individuals able to work with a range of partners, artists and audiences/participants with the ability to balance creative ideas with optimal spend and efficiency. You will need extensive understanding and at least three years’ experience of creating vibrant and effective marketing and brand campaigns. Have a positive attitude with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work on your own initiative; be a creative problem-solver and a lateral thinker.
