Job Requirements
We are looking for a creative and organised marketing professional with at least two years’ experience in an arts or audience-focused environment. You will have strong digital marketing skills, including experience managing websites (CMS), social media and email marketing platforms, and working with CRM systems such as Spektrix. You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging content across multiple channels. Strong project management skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and budgets effectively. You will be collaborative, able to build positive relationships across teams and with external partners, and confident using data and insight to inform decision-making. Experience of brand management, campaign delivery and audience development is desirable. A passion for theatre and a commitment to accessibility, inclusion and equality are essential, alongside an understanding of GDPR and data protection.
