Person Specification
Essential
• 3+ years’ experience working in commercial theatrical production, in a similar role
• Proven experience of managing theatrical projects on tour in the UK and in the West End
• Ability to work as part of a team and as a motivated individual
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• A genuine enthusiasm for theatre and the arts industry
• Experience of working with high profile cast and creative team members
• An arts advocate with a strong knowledge base of the industry

Desirable
• Previous experience liaising with UK touring venues
• Experience working with SOLT and UK Theatre Agreements
• Good knowledge of IT including Office, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience in managing people

Key Responsibilities to include
Tour Booking
• Act as the central point of contact for all UK tour booking activity. Coordinating communications and scheduling with venues to support the successful delivery of touring productions.
• Manage tour booking administration under the guidance of the Producers and General Manager, ensuring accurate maintenance of schedules, booking records, routing information, and associated documentation.
• Support the negotiation and preparation of commercial terms, financial arrangements, and venue agreements, ensuring all activity aligns with company objectives and approved budgets.
• Work collaboratively across production, marketing and finance teams to monitor tour performance, maintain effective communication channels, and support the smooth running of Fiery Angel’s UK touring activity.

Production
• Support the General Manager and Producers in leading the day-­‐to-­‐day running of each production
• Liaise with company managers, cast and other key members of the team of each production to ensure the smooth preparation and running of each production
• Central point of liaison for the production department
• Draft and administrate contracts
• Assist the General Manager in staffing recruitment needs for each production
• Arrange and manage production insurance
• Booking production travel and accommodation for creative team members, company and cast where applicable
• Where applicable, administrate and co-­‐ordinate the engagement of child performers and chaperones in line with the required legislation
• Research future productions
• Organisation and logistics of events including Gala and Press Nights
• Ensure the company acts within the boundaries of applicable SOLT and UKT Agreements

Finance
• Ability to draft indicative budgets under the guidance of Producers and General Manger
• Ensure budget parameters are kept to where responsible for specific areas
• Prepare and distribute royalty statements and investor statements
• Check – and where required – prepare weekly payroll
• Timely processing of production invoices
• Day to day management of production floats
• Manage venue contra reports and reconciliation

Marketing
• Marketing liaison as required with appointed Agency

Hours/Holiday
Full time in the office (Central London) Monday to Friday 9.30am – 6pm, with some evening work expected and occasional overnight stays away from home.
Holiday: 20 days per year plus public holidays
