Technical and Production Manager

The Watermill is seeking an experienced, adaptable and collaborative Technical and Production Manager to join our team.

They will lead the Technical and Production team in creating and delivering around 8 shows for The Watermill stage every year, working close with in-house and freelance staff to ensure the highest technical and artistic standards are achieved within the allocated resources. They will also embed environmentally sustainable approaches into the production process, and Nurture and support new and emerging theatre makers and technicians, showing a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
