We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded General Manager to lead Exmouth Pavilion, one of the region’s most vibrant theatre and hospitality venues. Overseeing theatre, events, food & beverage, and community programmes, you’ll guide three Unit Managers and drive excellence across all aspects of venue operations.
In this key leadership role, you’ll ensure outstanding customer experiences, maximise commercial performance, and shape an exciting and varied programme of events. You’ll bring strong senior‑level venue management experience, exceptional people leadership skills, and confident financial acumen, along with a background in F&B and large‑scale events.
