Are you passionate about theatre, film, and culture, with the skills to lead a dynamic arts venue? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Theatr Colwyn Manager to oversee the day-to-day running, programming, and development of the UK’s oldest working cinema and one of North Wales’ most treasured cultural spaces.
Just a few miles away in Llandudno is our sister venue, Venue Cymru, the region’s largest arts centre, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a wider creative network.
Based in the historic setting of Colwyn Bay – surrounded by sea, mountains, and within easy reach of Manchester and Liverpool – this role offers the chance to make a real impact on the cultural life of our communities.
This is a permanent full time post with the hours of work being on an annualised hours contract working for an average of 37 hours a week arranged in accordance with the agreed system of working on a shift rota basis and includes weekend, evening and bank holiday working.
This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
