Polka Theatre is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join us as a key member of the Development Team. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be part of a leading children’s theatre. You will be responsible for trust and foundation fundraising at Polka Theatre, overseeing and relationship managing a strong base of loyal funders alongside growing grants funding from new sources. The postholder will fundraise for a range of programmes, with a particular focus on Creative Learning and Access programmes which enable children from all backgrounds to benefit from Polka’s theatre productions, creative workshops, school programmes and community activities.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative communicator, who is passionate about improving the lives of children and who can build rapport with a range of stakeholders.

Salary: £32-34,000  per year depending on experience

Hours: full-time, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. You may need to work some additional hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays (we operate a Time Off In Lieu, ‘TOIL’ system).
