The UK’s premier event created for the industry, by the industry is an opportunity for Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and UK Theatre members and industry colleagues to come together face-to-face to shape the future of theatre. Networking opportunities throughout the day complement panels and presentations, allowing members to continue the session conversations and collaborate to find solutions.

In addition to our Early Bird offer, the following ticket types are available:

20 x Early Career bursary tickets sponsored by Tessitura will be available via application opening at the end of January.

Industry Partner Tickets at £240+VAT: A discounted industry rate is also available to members of the following industry partners: ABO / ABTT / ITC / LIP / FST.

Bridge The Gap Ticket: A limited number of discounted tickets are available to Bridge The Gap alumni. Those who wish to purchase a ticket under this rate should contact Stage One at enquiries@stageone.uk.com to receive an exclusive link to book.

Concessions at £87+VAT: This ticket type is for individuals who are self-employed and earning less than £20,000 per year OR have less than 2 years’ experience in the theatre industry and are not currently in full-time employment.

Once early bird tickets are sold – members can buy tickets for £230+VAT.

Non-Member tickets are available to buy for £300+VAT.

Group Discount: If you are purchasing 4 or more tickets together, we offer a 10% discount. Please note this does not apply to Early Bird ticket prices. Please email members@soltukt.co.uk to receive the discount code.

The main conference takes place at The Southbank Centre, London, in the Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room.

  • Waterloo (Northern, Bakerloo, Jubilee and Waterloo & City lines) is 200 metres away.
  • Embankment (District and Circle lines) is 600 metres away.

Travel by Bus:

  • Routes 1, 26, 59, 68, 76, 139, 168, 172, 176, 188, 243, 341, 521, N1, N68, N171, N343 and X68 stop on Waterloo Bridge (100 metres away).

Access Information

The Theatre Conference 2026 will take place at The Southbank Centre.

Attendees who require a Carer or Personal Assistant to accompany them can book a free Carer ticket by emailing members@soltukt.co.uk

Closed captions will be available for each session.

The venue is wheelchair accessible.

BSL interpreters will be attending each session.

Hearing loops will be in place in both conference rooms.

Carbon Footprint Offsetting

Delegate travel is the biggest contributor to the carbon emissions involved with the Theatre Conference, we would therefore like to encourage all attendees to offset their carbon footprint.

FAQs

Can I change change the name on my ticket?
Yes, all name change requests should be emailed in writing to members@soltukt.co.uk and include:

New Attendee: Name, Role, Company & Email Address, as well as any dietary or accessibility requirements and marketing preferences.

Order Number/Original Delegate

I can no longer make it – can I get a refund?
Tickets for the Theatre Conference 2026 are refundable up to 14 days before the event. After this, you may change the name on the ticket but we will be unable to process refunds.

Can I book a press ticket?
Yes. A limited number of press tickets are available. Contact pressenquiries@soltukt.co.uk

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. To request a BACS invoice please email members@soltukt.co.uk with all of the information requested on the Eventbrite form, and specify which ticket you wish to purchase. All BACS payments must be paid before the event begins.

I have received an email selling attendee information, is this legitimate?
If you have received an email looking to sell you attendee data for this event, we advise that you block the sender / report this as spam. SOLT & UK Theatre do not sell attendee data for any event, nor do we allow third parties to do so on our behalf.
