SOLT & UK Theatre and Arts Council England are undertaking research into Theatre and Orchestra Tax Reliefs for touring, and we need the support of our members. We would be extremely grateful if you could take the time to contribute to this important piece of work. The results will be shared with relevant UK Government departments to support our advocacy for this year’s Budget.
The focus of the survey is on operating costs directly associated with touring. These include freight and haulage, company travel, accommodation, living-away allowances, and, where possible, load-in, fit-up, get-out, and venue-transfer labour.
