Theatre Programme Coordinator (Ref: TPC)

Summary

VocalEyes is seeking a Theatre Programme Coordinator to support our busy service delivery. The post would suit someone passionate about access and the performing arts, with strong administrative skills, confident in liaising with a variety of people, and able to monitor their own workload.

More Details

VocalEyes is an arts organisation and charity that works with and for blind and visually impaired people: creating accessible performances, events and digital media for arts and heritage venues across the UK, primarily through audio description services.

We’re seeking a Theatre Programme Coordinator (TPC) to support the delivery of one of VocalEyes’ core programmes, the Theatre Programme. This busy programme provides live Audio Description (AD) services to a range of performing arts venues, as well as training and consultation, in order to support venues to welcome blind and visually impaired people.

This is a fixed term contract to 30 November 2025, with possibility of extension. The post is based in London. However, we are currently working the majority of the time from home with an expectation that the team will work together at Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT) at least once a month and additional days when required. There may also be a requirement to visit venues.

We are committed to being an inclusive employer and recruiting a workforce that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
