Customer Service Advisor (Part Time)
3 month temporary contract – office based – part time

Part of the Contact Centre Team, your line manager is the Customer Service Team Leader. This role is based at the Contact Centre at Gill Bridge Avenue, Sunderland.
You will ideally have:
- Great teamwork skills!
- Great written communication skills as all customer contact will be via email and verbally via calls for this role.
- A passion for delivering great Customer Service.
To Note:
The position will be a part time 3 month fixed term temp contract. Shifts will be a minimum of 4 hours in office with 30 contracted hours per week. The hours of operation are between 8.45am – 8pm Mon to Sun with shifts set a week in advance.
